How do I get one of those cool avatars next to my comment like some of the commenters have?

The avatars are supplied by http://www.en.gravatar.com . Click on the link and upload your avatar. Be sure t use the email addy you post here with.

Why has my comment not appeared?

In order to reduce SPAM comments are randomly put into moderation. Comments can sometimes take awhile to be approved but rest assured if it isn't SPAM it should get through quickly.

Why was my comment deleted?

There are very few reason's why a comment may be deleted. SPAM, fishing, trolling, are the likely cause. Sometimes updates to the site may also inadvertently cause a comment to be deleted.

Can the site be viewed with an web browser?

Yes, the site can be viewed with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari. Firefox likely offers the maximum experience but all browsers should be fine.
